Vincent “Vinnie” Ricasio is an artist, illustrator, designer and entrepreneur from New York City with over 25 years of experiences ranging in advertising, marketing, media, publishing, education, commercial and fine art.
He is the founder and owner of The Art of Lax™ - a graphic art studio, e-commerce brand and consultancy specializing in the promotion and growth of the sport of lacrosse through art, design and new product development. An avid lacrosse player, Vinnie competes year round in local leagues and destination tournaments, along with being a youth coach. Off the playing field, he is an experienced world traveler - a globe trekker - having been in 40+ countries, and enjoys cooking, history, trivia, hiking and mountain biking believing his artistic abilities are spurred from non-artistic things.
He graduated from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY with a BFA in Communications Design. His work has been featured in publications, galleries and private collections. He splits his time between Pelham, NY and Kent, CT with his wife and two sons.
